Warsaw Unit

Warsaw UNIT is a 202 m high skyscraper with an office space of 57,000 sqm. In the immediate vicinity of the building, the most important communication arteries and interchanges in the city intersect. Nearby there is the second metro line, tram and bus stops, as well as the city railway and suburban railway station.

The podium of the skyscraper is covered with a kinetic façade of the “Dragon Skin” type consisting of thousands of movable tiles. It reacts to every breeze, creating on its surface unique images modeled by the forces of nature. The main tenant of Warsaw UNIT is Warta, one of the leading insurers on the Polish market. The company occupies almost 20,000 sqm. office space. The manager and one of the main tenants is CBRE. In addition, international corporations have their headquarters in the building. The building has a BREEAM certificate at the Outstanding level, i.e. the highest possible one. In addition, it is also Green Building Standard certified. It also received pre-certification in the latest WELL v2 Core system. The building is also WELL Health-Safety Rating certified and “Facility without barriers”. The Polish-Belgian Architecture Studio Projekt is responsible for the architectural design.
