LivUP expands in Krakow

LivUp has expanded its offer of apartments for rent in Krakow. LivUp’s intimate building is located at 2 Zaczarowane Koło Street in Bronowice. The first tenants have already moved in.

LivUp’s newest project offers a wide range of units: studios, as well as two- and three-bedroom apartments. All are furnished and finished to a high standard, providing new, comfortable and stylish living spaces. Each apartment, depending on the floor on which it is located, has a balcony or a private garden. Motorized tenants have a choice of underground or above-ground parking spaces.

“We are happy that now we can also set new standards in the rental market in Krakow, using our years of experience and passion. As with our previous projects, it was important to us that each interior had its own unique character, giving our tenants the feeling of a real home,” says Roee Shamir, CEO of LivUp.

The interiors were designed in collaboration with Iliard Architecture & Interior Design, based in Krakow. LivUp’s vision was for a modern and timeless design, with an emphasis on maximizing the use of space, as well as implementing functional solutions.

The property will be equipped with additional amenities, such as a private gym and lounge room, a space dedicated to co-working and entertainment. Common areas are an integral part of every project that can be found in LivUp’s portfolio. The brand attaches great importance to building neighborhood relationships and, as part of its unique LivUp Community program, organizes periodic events and free yoga classes with a professional instructor.

LivUp, a pioneer and leader in the Polish institutional rental market, owns and manages more than 750 residential units in Warsaw and Krakow.
