KUBA

The newest Amazon Prime sport production tells the story of one of the most accomplished and acclaimed Polish athletes – Kuba Błaszczykowski. 109-times representative of Poland, the Captain of Polish representation team, the living legend of Borussia Dortmund and Wisła Kraków. The documentary offers unique access to the backstage of the footballer’s career including not only the moments of his greatness (such as the deciding goals in clashes with Bundesliga clubs or a goal against Russia at Euro 2012) but also the regrettable ones (Champions League final in 2013 or the missed penalty in the match against Portugal at Euro 2016). Viewers also get to know the previously unseen private face of Błaszczykowski thanks to the extensive interviews not only with his close ones, but also with the key personalities from the football world such as, among others, Jürgen Klopp, Robert Lewandowski, İlkay Gündoğan, Mats Hummels, Marco Reus, Adam Nawałka, Łukasz Piszczek and Jerzy Brzęczek. “Kuba” is available exclusively to Amazon Prime members.
