Nearly 4,900 sqm for SLT TRANS LOGISTIC at Panattoni Park Gdansk West II

International logistics operator SLT TRANS LOGISTIC has decided to open its first buffer warehouse in Poland within Panattoni Park Gdansk West II. The tenant will occupy more than 4,900 sqm of logistics and office space in Panattoni’s Tricity investment. SLT TRANS LOGISTIC was represented in the transaction by AXI IMMO.

SLT TRANS LOGISTIC, an international logistics operator specializing in LCL and FCL containerized cargo transportation. The company provides neutral and comprehensive logistics solutions including sea, rail, air, and road transportation.

“The decision to open a new warehouse in the Tri-City area was based on the natural need for expansion. In addition, it allows us to properly manage our stock, as well as optimize transportation costs. So far, most business operations have been conducted from our headquarters in Pruszkow. The new solution significantly diversifies our logistics capabilities, allowing customers to obtain more favorable pricing and shorter delivery times,” says Anastasiia Suvorova, Country Manager, SLT TRANS LOGISTIC.

Jakub Jastrzębski, Senior Advisor, Industrial & Logistics, AXI IMMO, explains: “Among the most frequently reported warehouse needs for the TSL industry are the possibility of high storage, a relatively short distance to express routes enabling rapid distribution of goods, as well as infrastructure for loading and unloading goods. Distance from seaports remains an additional factor that is gaining importance, especially in coastal regions. In the client’s case, SLT TRANS LOGISTIC, the factors above enabled us to analyze and quickly identify its needs. Gaining time almost immediately, we presented several available options, of which the offer prepared by Panattoni turned out to be the most competitive.”

The tenant will occupy more than 4,700 sqm of warehouse and logistics space, supplemented by about 150 sqm of office and staff area.

Rafal Jelowicki, Senior Advisor, Industrial & Logistics, AXI IMMO, says: “The Tri-City is a natural direction for development for any company related to the TSL industry in Poland. Having a buffer warehouse in this location increases their competitiveness and significantly reduces the business cost. It is a strategic place on Poland’s logistics map, offering many qualified employees and attractive spaces for tenants.”
