Big money not all candidates expect in IT industry

IT workers in Poland are still focused on above-average salaries, especially those in programming. Salary is the leading factor determining a change of employer, as confirmed by the Talent Trends 2023 study by PageGroup. However, for IT professionals and programmers, salary is increasingly not enough to drive talent to change jobs.
