Today, Tessa McIver talks to Maryla Wojcieszek, who works at the accelerator Huge Thing. As an Innovation Shaper she supports large organizations in processes related to innovation. Maryla is also responsible for the materialization and transfer of knowledge as well as talent management and designs new products / services.

Before joining Huge Thing, Maryla worked at PARP – the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, and helped create various publicly funded acceleration programmes.
