LOT Polish Airlines are the 3rd best in the world in AirHelp Score ranking of 83 airlines surveyed from 1st January to 30th September 2023 as the biggest and most popular ones on the global list of over 800. The ranking criteria were: flight timeliness (within 15 minutes), passengers opinions (on flight crew, comfort, cleanness, food and entertainment) and claims (processing, outcome, time, payment). LOT outperformed many renowned tycoons, such as American Airlines (7), United Airlines (10), KLM (16), SAS (18), Air France (25), WizzAir (38), Swiss (48), RyanAir (52), Lufthansa (57), British Airways (82). AirHelp is the world’s largest organisation supporting rights of passengers in cases of flight disruptions. It was established in 2013. It cooperates with law offices in 30 countries and is a member of the Association of Passenger Rights Advocates (APRA).
