Highest Polish Residential Building

Building shell of Olszynki Park complex in Rzeszów has just been completed. It contains 220-metre tower with 41 overground levels that is the highest residential building in Poland and the second 78-metre tower with 18 levels. The complex has been designed by S.T. Architekci and developed by Deweloper Apklan. Borth towers contain 292 apartments, the biggest one 300 sq.m. Lower floors contain offices, conference halls and shops. Tenants will also have access to full-scale swimming pool, spa, gym, fitness, underground parking, restaurants and cafes. Deweloper Apklan exists since 1991 in Podkarpackie Voievodeship and has built in total 2074 apartments. It expects to complete construction works of Olszynki Park by the end of 2024.Two other highest residential buildings in Poland are Sky Tower in Wrocław (212 m) and Sea Towers in Gdynia (142 m).
