Dinesh Musalekar is the President and CEO of the Lumel Group of Companies (LUMEL S.A., LUMEL Alucast Sp. z o.o.) and the Global CEO of the Rishabh Group of Companies. In this interview, he shares an impressive story of modernizing Lumel in Zielona Góra, a group of companies founded in the early 1950s in Western Poland under the original name Zielonogórskie Zakłady Wytwórcze Mierników Elektrycznych. Under Dinesh’s leadership, the companies not only tripled their turnover and improved business performance but also became drivers of innovation and value creation for the Rishabh Group of Companies and a global list of customers.
Dinesh Musalekar has received many recognitions in his career, including the “Gold Medal,” the highest civilian award from the Mayor of Zielona Góra City in Poland, for his contribution to transforming and growing Lumel and benefiting the city. He also received “The Indian Achievers Award” for “Business Leadership” from the Indian Achievers Forum and the “Personality of the Year 2020” award in the Business category in Zielona Góra City from Polska Press Grupa.
