Premium real estate attracts investors

Regardless of economic conditions, premium real estate, in the long term, is the safest and most profitable form of capital investment. Experienced investors choose Polish cities with the highest growth potential, but they are increasingly expanding their portfolios to include foreign properties as well.

Wrocław, recognized as one of the best places to live in Poland, is becoming a truly European metropolis thanks to its strong investment potential. It is a leading economic, technological, and cultural center, excelling in quality of life, education, and healthcare. In its heart, surrounded by greenery and in close proximity to the Oława River, a monumental and modern apartment building – The Upper House by Angel – is being constructed. This project was immediately recognized as one of the most interesting developments and quickly attracted the attention of investors. What drives such interest in investing in premium real estate?

“Experts from Angel Poland Group continuously analyze market dynamics and have no doubt that, in today’s times, this is the best choice for capital investment. In the centers of large cities, where land is scarce, there is a lack of prestigious developments. Premium in our edition includes a package of amenities within the common areas that form the heart of the property, such as a swimming pool, gym, spa area, and children’s playroom. We design unique spaces in collaboration with renowned architects. With the esteemed Spanish studio ADC Atelier, we created the spectacular interiors of the luxury hotel Stradom House Autograph Collection by Marriott. We are also working with them on The Upper House by Angel because investors desire amenities akin to the best, world-class hotels,” – says Tomasz Karpiel, COO at Angel Poland Group.

Looking at trends among Polish investors, we can see that they are increasingly deciding to expand their investment portfolios with foreign properties. After the boom in apartments in European resorts, the United States is now attracting significant interest. According to data from the Miami Association of Realtors, at the beginning of the year, Poles were among the most interested in purchasing real estate in southeastern Florida.

“Properties in Miami attract not only the American Polish community but also investors from Poland, for whom the Atlantic Ocean coast is an extremely attractive destination. They buy properties for personal use as well as for rental purposes. They desire not only luxury with access to a pool, golf course, or spa area. By investing in Miami, they fulfill their dreams and become part of an international community, experiencing a lifestyle unmatched by any other city in the world. But most importantly, they have the sense of well-invested capital,” – summarizes Mariusz Chrobak, founder of Florida Ventures, a company specializing in real estate sales in Florida and an expert in the U.S. real estate market.
