Drive to Zero Implementation Hub Poland launched

The new center aims to accelerate the transformation of local truck and bus fleets towards zero emissions. The center, supported by CALSTART and powered by the Polish Alternative Fuels Association (PSPA), has been launched with the aim of transforming local fleets to zero emissions.

The Global Drive to ZeroTM Implementation Hub, supported by the Polish Alternative Fuels Association (PSPA), is designed to accelerate the transformation of local fleets of diesel trucks and buses to technologically advanced zero-emission vehicles. “Fleets around the world are moving to adopt zero-emission trucks and buses for their operational, economic, climate and clean air benefits as quickly, strategically and cost-effectively as possible,” said Stephanie Kodish, senior global director of the CALSTART Drive to program and campaign Zero.”

The global network of Drive to Zero implementation centers was created by the Drive to Zero organization, which works to accelerate the decarbonization of commercial vehicles through global partnerships, innovative tools, research and knowledge exchange.

The Polish hub – the second of its kind in the world – is supported by a local fleet expert PSPA, the largest industry organization in Poland and Europe dealing with creating a sustainable transport market. The Polish hub will combine activities with the PSPA Logistics and Transport Committee, which is developing initiatives related to the decarbonization of road freight transport.
