Agnieszka Porębska – CEO at Talent Alpha
Agnieszka has been working for Talent Alpha since just after the company’s founding. She led Talent Alpha’s communications, being responsible for relations with the company's largest clients, and - from 2021 – has been running the marketplace section of the business. She has over 20 years’ management experience and is a Future of Work expert. Prior to her work at Talent Alpha, she supported brands such as Luxoft, Infosys, Capgemini, Xerox, Skanska, and ABSL.
Agnieszka is an active member of business organizations in Poland, the USA, and the UK. She is one of the co-founders of the international Intelligent Leadership Hub based in the UK. Agnieszka graduated from Warsaw University (UW) with a master’s degree in the psychology of the economy. She also completed a specialization in negotiations and mediation, from the UW’s Institute of Applied Social Sciences. She is a mother of two, and when the opportunity arises loves to visit the mountains.
