Talent Alpha hits 1,000-partner mark

Talent Alpha is celebrating the addition of 1,000 partners to its platform. To mark the occasion, the company prepared a promotional campaign along with a presence in Times Square in New York.

Gathering 1,000 companies in 55 countries and 80,000 experienced professionals on one platform is a great success for the Krakow-based company, which connects companies seeking and providing IT professionals and services.

Talent Alpha already connects companies from almost all over the world. Although still 80% of all specialists on the platform come from Central and Eastern Europe, the solution also attracts partners from distant regions such as India, Canada, Afghanistan, Argentina, Mexico, Australia and South Africa. “Talent Alpha is growing very rapidly, which means more benefits for clients – both in the area of IT outsourcing and recruitment. First of all, one contract opens the door to working with proven, specialized partners from all over the world. We have access to their untapped resources in real time. We estimate that every day there are up to 8,000 specialists in our ecosystem who can start working right away. We are mainly talking about experts with a specific company behind them, not freelancers. This is a huge strength that our clients often use to freely plan even very ambitious IT projects without fear of running out of resources,” says Agnieszka Porębska, CEO of Talent Alpha.

Talent Alpha also works well when clients want to reduce costs by working with proven suppliers from cost-effective locations.

“I believe our unique selling point is that we focus on what brings us together. Poland Weekly offers something you will not find anywhere else: a truly international and unifying perspective focused on content that builds cooperation and mutual understanding. This attitude doesn't make us naïve, but it allows us to focus on mutual understanding and a search for solutions. There are so many new challenges that we are all facing, such as energy transformation, climate change and supply chain disruption, to name but a few. By working together and sharing good practices, we can achieve so much more.”
